When an order is placed for wine with Kominos Wines you are agreeing to the purchase subject to following Terms and Conditions.
 

1. LEGAL AGE FOR PURCHASING WINE IS 18 YEARS

We are not permitted by law to sell our wines to any person unless they are over the age of 18 years.
 

2. AVAILABILTY OF VARIOUS WINES

If a line of wine is temporarily or no longer available, we will notify you of any variation between what has been ordered and what is available and seek your direction.

 

3. THE AGREEMENT TO SELL AND PURCHASE KOMINOS WINES.

There is no agreement to sell or purchase wines until we have notified the purchaser, that Kominos Wines has accepted the order.

 

4. DESPATCH

Your order will be as expeditiously as possible, most usually the following working day after acceptance of the order. Australia Post is most often the carrier for delivery of orders.

 

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law

a) All warranties in relation to our wines and service are excluded and

b) We will not be responsible for any liability incurred by you or any other person, including without limitation, damages, loss, costs consequential or indirect loss arising from or in any way connected with our products, service or this website.

6. GOVERNING LAW

Our products, services, and this website and any agreement including these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia
